A. Review and consideration of Compensation and Waiver of Siting Authority for Wind Turbines Agreement with Cardinal Wind Hold Co, LLC for Blue Anchor East Wind Farm.
B. Continued discussion and review of possible funding for purchase of new dump truck.
C. Consideration of proposal by Colfax Restoration Project for informational sign along Route 165.
11. New Business:
A. Consideration and approval to hire Tanya Zehr-Pearce as Part-time Patrol Officer for the Colfax Police Department.
B. Approval of the closure of Main Street from Center Street to Brook Street on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to midnight for concert and street dance.
C. Review and approval for Mayor Dodds to sign the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Projects Planning Study at a cost of $28,600.
D. Consideration of proposal from Vertical Bridge to extend the Lease five additional five-year renewal periods until July 2066.
E. Discussion and approval to eliminate the shooting range at the Village of Colfax Sewer Plant.
F. Outline of proposal by Ridgeview CUSD #19 for sidewalk on the east side of Harrison Street between Wood Street and alley at the Ridgeview Baseball Field.
G. Opening of bids and consideration of a motion to award bid for sidewalk on the east side of Harrison Street from Wood Street to the Ridgeview Baseball Field alley.
