A. Approval of Ordinance No. 2023-04, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 42 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois Regarding Offenses Against Public Peace, Safety and Morals.

12. New Business:
A. Designating Halloween Trick or Treat for Village of Colfax to be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Halloween night, Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
B. Approve the purchase of a 6x6 Titan Basic 3, Knife Style, Steel Trench Box from Tool Fetch at a cost of $4,4341.00 (safety issue).
C. Approve the purchase of Orion STAR A 326 pH/RDO/DO Meter, HH with pH and RDO probes for use at sewer plant as required by IEPA at a cost of $2,824.00.
D. Approve the purchase of 15 Aluminum 5” Storz x 5 Female NH Thread fire hydrant quick connect at a cost of $263.35 each or a total of $3,950.25 to improve connection for the Colfax Fire Department.
E. Review and approval of Ordinance No. 2023-05, An Ordinance Imposing Provider Fee Pursuant to the Illinois Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007
