3. Accept the resignation of Zoning Board member Jonah Beck effective immediately.
4. Discussion regarding appointment of new member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
5. Discussion regarding variance for 200 Route 165 West. Resident wants to erect storage building on south property line. (would be in line with other buildings along the property line)
6. Discussion regarding Central Illinois Candle Supply changing the layout of the steps on Main Street, steps would extend approximately 1 foot beyond current steps. (within property lines per Zoning Officer)
7. Discussion and consideration of Ordinance No. 2025-14, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois Clarifying Permitted School Uses in the Single Family Residential District.
8. Review of Village of Colfax Zoning Code and make necessary recommendations for revision.
9. Recommendation to the Board of Trustees.
10.Adjournment.
