10. Old Business:
A. Approve the License Agreement with GHB Enterprise, LLC and the Village of Colfax for the installation of fiber-optic cable and services to the entire Village of Colfax.
B. Continued preliminary discussion of proposed TIF District for Village of Colfax designed to encourage and enhance economic development.

11. New Business:
A. Authorize payment of the entire premium of $25,259.85 for the 2024 insurance coverage by IML Risk Management Association and the $150.00 for the annual membership due with the Illinois Municipal League (IML); combined the total is $25,409.85.
B. Authorize a bond payment in the amount of $35,496.88 to the Atlanta National Bank.
C. Review of Ordinance No. 2023-07, An Ordinance of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois Regarding Paid Time Off for Village Employees.
D. Approval of Ordinance No. 2023-06, A Resolution for Participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
E. Review of Proposed Tax Levy for 2023-2024. (Final adoption in December 2023)
